Thinking of starting your own Hub?

Build Your Own Small Learning Provision

With Support, Structure and Somewhere to Start

Over the past few years, I’ve had many conversations with tutors and teachers who feel drawn to offering something more.

Something smaller.
Something that gives children time to learn at their own pace.

Often, they’re already working 1:1 with families, and are beginning to wonder whether it’s possible to gently grow that into something more structured. Perhaps a small group, a shared learning space, or even a local hub for home educated learners.

But the questions that follow are usually the same:

  • Am I allowed to do this?

  • Would I need to register as a school?

  • What paperwork would I need?

  • How would I price it?

  • What about safeguarding?

  • Would anyone even come?

This membership has been created for educators who are exploring those questions.

What This Membership Is

This membership is designed to support you in building your own education business from the ground up. Whether you're starting with 1:1 tutoring or exploring small-group or alternative learning provision.

You might be:

  • Supporting home educated learners already

  • Working with children who are struggling in mainstream settings

  • Considering small group sessions

  • Wanting to offer something SEND friendly or flexible

  • Curious about what a local learning hub could look like

Inside, you’ll find practical guidance to help you take the next step — without feeling like you need to jump straight into running a full-time provision.

What’s Included

As a member, you’ll have access to:
  • A step-by-step pathway to help you build your provision from the very beginning

  • Documents and templates (policies, checklists, agreements and planning tools)

  • Business set-up guidance (pricing, structuring your offer, boundaries and systems)

  • Safeguarding and compliance support

  • Marketing advice to help you connect with families locally

  • 1:1 mentorship via WhatsApp, with the option to schedule calls for additional support

  • A supportive community of educators working towards similar goals

All resources, guidance and updates are shared through a dedicated WhatsApp Community. This allows content to be organised into focused groups, making it easier to manage, access and revisit information as you move through each stage of the process.

Who This Is For

This membership may be helpful if you:
  • Are a tutor or teacher thinking about running small group sessions

  • Want to offer learning support for home educated children

  • Are interested in creating flexible, child-centred learning spaces

  • Would like support with the practicalities of setting something up

  • Want to grow slowly, alongside your current work

You don’t need to have a business plan or a venue.

You just need to be thinking about what might be possible.

This membership is currently in its pilot phase.

The website is already building through the Members Area, which you’ll be able to access once you’ve joined.

You’ll also have full access to the WhatsApp Community space, where you can explore resources, join relevant groups, ask questions and access step-by-step guidance as you move through the process.

The site will continue to be updated regularly, and you’ll have access to all new content and resources as they are added.

As part of the pilot, the membership is heavily discounted. I would genuinely love to be able to offer this for free, however that isn’t possible with the time, care and effort that has gone into creating and supporting this space.

If you choose to join now and we expand in the future, your membership will remain at the same price for the lifetime of your time inside the community.
